The most important tips is to have a healthy hygienic habits by taking bath daily and make your body dry.
1: Lemon juice
lemon juice has a great acidic properties. It helps to remove odor bacteria by maintaining pH level of the skin.
Take a lemon juice and make it half and rub in your armpits. Make sure that lemon juice gets into your skin.After some time take a shower and then pat it dry.
If you have sensitive skin take half cup of water and mix one teaspoon lemon juice in the water.Apply with cotton ball in your armpit. Leave it for 10 minutes and wash with normal water. For best result apply daily continuously for a month.
You can also drink lemon water daily for a continuous 1 month.
Baking soda has a property of absorbing moist and do not allow to contact with the bacteria and maintain the pH level of the skin and act as a natural deodorant
Take a spoon of baking soda and mix with water or lemon juice and rub in the armpits.If u have sensitive skin then you can add water only. To see difference apply once a day.
3: Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is the strong ingredient for fighting bacteria because of the hard acidic present in it.
Take a small amount of apple cider vinegar in a bowl and soak a cotton. Apply this in your armpit and take a shower.
You can also mix teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water and drink it for a continuous 1 month to see difference.
Take a cup of apple cider vinegar and mix with luke warm bath water. Take a bath and put it for 10 minutes and wash with normal tap water.
4:Change your diet
If your diet contains onion, garlic, ginger, caffeine and other spices then change it because it is the strong elements for bad odor.
5:Wear a cotton cloth
In summer you will get more sweat, bacteria can easily contact with it and makes bad odor. Wear a cotton cloth and it is the natural fiber so that your skin can easily breathe and reduce in the formation of bad odor.
6:Clean your personal item
Personal item like towel,bra, panto and handkerchief in time to time so that bacteria cannot in contact with the environment.
7: Tea tree oil
Tea tree oil is the natural deodorant which smells pleasant and fight against the odor bacteria. As it is astringent it control sweat too.
Take 2 drops of tea tree oil and mix with 2 tablespoon of water and apply in your armpit using cotton ball.
8: Use of talc
Talc makes your armpit dry and avoid odor bacteria to makes unpleasant odor. Take talc after your bath or can be use in while you go out so that no more sweat is produced.
